Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrackYourTour’s website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

TrackYourTour is a marketplace that lets travellers discover, compare, and book treks and tours listed by independent, third-party trekking and tour operators (“Operators”). TrackYourTour is not the organiser of any trek or tour listed on the Platform — the Operator you book with is responsible for planning, running, and delivering that trip.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information — including your identity, contact details, and traveler details for any co-travelers you add to a booking.
• We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

• When you book a trek or tour, you enter into a contract with the Operator for that listing; TrackYourTour facilitates the booking and payment.
• Prices, batch availability, inclusions, and exclusions shown on the Platform are set by the Operator and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway partners. A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
• Any commission TrackYourTour earns on a booking is a fee for facilitating the transaction and does not make TrackYourTour a party to the trek or tour itself.

Cancellation windows and refund amounts are set by each Operator and shown on the listing or booking summary before you pay. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method within the timeframe stated at the time of cancellation.

• You may only review a trek or tour you have actually completed through a booking made on the Platform.
• Reviews must be honest, first-hand, and free of abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Operators listed on the Platform are independent businesses, not employees or agents of TrackYourTour. They are responsible for the safety, conduct, licensing, and quality of the treks and tours they list, and for complying with all applicable laws governing their operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackYourTour is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from a trek or tour itself — including its execution, safety, or the acts or omissions of an Operator or its staff. Our liability, where it does arise from our own acts, is limited to the amount of the booking in question.

The Platform, its design, and its content (excluding Operator-supplied listing content) belong to TrackYourTour. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
