Trust & Safety

1. Verified operators
Every Operator on TrackYourTour is vetted before their treks go live on the Platform. We check their business details and listing information before it becomes bookable, and continue to monitor operators after they go live.
2. Transparent, operator-set pricing
The price you see for a trek is exactly what that Operator charges — there are no hidden markups added on top, and any platform commission is paid by the Operator, not added to your price.
3. Reviews you can trust
Ratings and reviews only come from travellers who have actually completed a trek booked through TrackYourTour. We do not allow reviews from anyone who hasn’t taken the trip, and we remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.
4. Secure payments
Payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateway partners. We never store your full card or bank account details on our own systems.
5. Traveler safety on the trek
Once a trek begins, safety on the ground — guides, equipment, permits, and emergency response — is the Operator’s responsibility. We encourage every traveler to review a trek’s difficulty level, inclusions, and Operator ratings carefully before booking, and to share any safety concerns with us so we can follow up with the Operator.
6. Reporting a concern
If something felt off about an Operator, a listing, or a trek you took — misrepresented details, safety issues, or a payment problem — let us know through the Contact page. We investigate every report and can suspend an Operator’s listings while we look into it.
7. Related policies
Trust & Safety works alongside our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
